Our Simple 5‑Step Loan Process

1. Apply & Interview

Start your secure online application and once submitted and reviewed, complete interview.

2. Gather and Upload Financial Documents

After the interview, you will receive a list of items to upload to the secure portal.

3. Submit to Underwriting

Documents will be reviewed for all items needed.  Additional documents could be requested at this step.  Once required documents have been received, your loan will be sent for initial underwriting.    

4. Appraisal, Title & Inspection

We coordinate the appraisal and title search. You schedule a home inspection for peace of mind.

5. Closing

You receive your closing disclosure at least 3 business days before signing. On closing day, sign your documents and get your keys.

Move in, get comfortable, and enjoy your new home.

Loan Checklist

Basic Documents:

  • Driver’s license or government ID

  • Last 2 months of bank statements

  • Last 2 months of retirement/brokerage statements

  • Social Security card

  • Purchase contract (if applicable)

Income Documents:

Salaried Borrowers:

  • Last 30 days of pay stubs

  • W‑2s for the past 2 years

Self‑Employed Borrowers:

  • 2 years of business tax returns

  • Year‑to‑date P&L and balance sheet

Additional Items (If Applicable)

  • Gift letter + documentation

  • Homeowners insurance info

  • VA documents (DD214, Statement of Service)

  • Divorce decree, child support documentation

  • Mortgage statements for other properties
